Online Bookings & Payments

​When you book an appointment online, payment is required - my third party payment provider is Ezidebit. This will show on your credit card statement as "Ezidebit Healthfit MB Subscription Newstead" & indicates your payment to MySkinSpa. If a dispute is initiated incorrectly & recovery of funds are taken from MySkinSpa, even after a service has been provided - please be aware MySkinSpa will pass on the disputed transaction fee of $44, on top of the service payment, to the consumer.

Booking Policy  

When you book an appointment at MySkinSpa – the appointment time, a room and my time are put aside especially for you. No-shows and last minute cancellations enormously disadvantage my business, and also mean other clients cannot book those time slots with me. This Booking Policy is designed to protect not only my business’ bottom line and in turn, my affordability, but also to keep things fair for all clients. Therefore I hope you will appreciate a 50% deposit is required to secure bookings when the appointment is over 60 minutes or payment is expected in full when booked online, prepayment is required for a Saturday.

  • I understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking. I kindly request at least two (1) business day’ notice so I can offer your time slot to another client. If a deposit was paid, it will be held for your next booking or refunded.
  • However, if you don’t provide two (1) business day’ notice or you fail to turn up for your appointment, you may send a friend or family member in your place, or your deposit or course payment will be forfeited weekdays and full payment will be applied to a Saturday.
  • In the lead up to peak trading times, such as the Christmas/New Years period, Easter, Mothers’ Day and on all Saturday’s - if an appointment is late cancelled ((under 24 business hours) this includes no shows) then full payment will be applied.
  • In case of a Gift Card no show or late cancellation (within 24 hrs), 100% is forfeited.
  • I cannot accept messages left on Sundays, Mondays or Tuesdays or public holidays as sufficient notice, as I are not open on these days and will not have enough time to rebook your time slot.
  • Booking an appointment is an acknowledgement of this booking policy

Arriving for your appointments

Just as you would arrive at the airport well in advance of your flight, we do ask you arrive for your treatments in a timely manner! Late arrival will limit the length of your treatment time as we will always finish as scheduled - so as to not delay the next client. Every client is asked to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to any treatment - particularly if you are a new client so the paperwork can be taken care of before your designated treatment time. We thank you in advance for your atttention to this very important matter.


Twice per year MySkinSpa will release a limited number of 12 month memberships on a first in first served basis. If you miss out on purchasing a membership in the first round of release (end of year), you may ask to be placed on our waiting list for the second round release (which is mid-year).

June 2017 Release

This year I have created two different tyes of memberships:

The Deluxe

You will receive 12 (twelve) skin treatments of your choice which includes all Skin Solution Treatments, Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT), Healite II LED treatments included in a treatment or standalone. You will also receive 15% off skin treatments including IPL hair removal and rejuvenation treatments, as well as 10% off dermaviduals products. Priority appointments.

A treatment program will be set & may include more than one treatment per month, please note this will reduce only your number of treatments out of the 12 allocated treatments. The 12 month timeframe will remain in place with 15% off stated treatments & 10% off dermaviduals for the remainder of your membership.

The Signature

This unlimited membership enables you to utilise all skin treatments as often as you like (as long as they are delivered according to all safety protocols & timings). A treatment program will be set & could for instance include Collagen Induction Therapy followed 5 days later by a Skin Solution 3 & Healite II in between. 15% off all IPL hair removal & rejuvenation treatments. 15% off dermaviduals products. Priority appointments.

Memberships can only be used by one person and must be used within 12 months of purchase. Memberships may be put on hold temporarily during the 12 months for events such as holidays and illness. Memberships cannot be used with any other promotional offers.

June & December 2016 Release

This Membership allows you to choose between Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT), Skin Solution Facials 1, 2 or 3 & LED treatments for 12 months. You may also have more than one treatment per month by combining treatments - for instance a CIT & LED or a Skin Solution 3 a week after CIT. Please note if you do combine treatments this will reduce the amount of individual treatments from twelve to whatever is combined in one session (maximum two). For example, if you choose a Healite II with a CIT each month, you will get six (6) months worth of treatments - however you will continue to receive 10% off full priced skincare products & 15% off full priced skin treatments for the remainder of your membership.

You will also receive 15% off any other full priced skin treatments (this includes IPL hair removal, cavitation & skin tightening) and 10% off full priced skincare products.

Memberships can only be used by one person and must be used within 12 months of purchase. Memberships may be put on hold temporarily during the 12 months for events such as holidays and illness. Memberships cannot be used with any other promotional offers.

Treatment Choices

When you book an appointment at MySkinSpa - the appointment time, therapist and a room is put aside especially for you. If you change your mind about your scheduled appointment upon arrival (if the treatment time is shortened) full payment of the scheduled appointment is required, as we would not have time to offer the spare time to another client.

Treatment charges

All prices are inclusive of GST and are subject to change without notice. We accept cash, debit cards, Mastercard, Visa & American Express (no surcharge applied). We do not accept Diners Club cards. All treatments must be paid for on the day of service or prior.

Gift Cards 

Our gift cards are always a treasured gift, like credit cards please keep them in a safe place as you need to bring them with you to your treatment! Gift cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash nor are they refundable. No change is given and any balance which remains on the card after the expiry date is forfeit. The card can be used in whole or part against future treatments, however consideration must be given to expiry dates. Gift cards will not be honoured beyond the six (6) month expiry date stated.

If you fail to arrive for your appointment your gift card will be 100% forfeited. Late cancellation (less than 1 business day- 24 hours (Sunday & Monday are not considered business days) will incur a deduction of 50%. Late arrival will limit the length of your session as treatments will always finish as scheduled, so as to not delay the next client.


When you prepay a package or series of treatments up front, the price of individual treatments are reduced significantly. If for any reason you do not continue or finish the package or series of treatments, there are NO refunds on unused portions of your treatment package or series.The balance of this package may however be applied to another clinical treatment, however the balance will be worked out on full priced treatments or current package pricing, if the purchased package or series offer was further discounted at the time of purchase.

If a client "no shows" for a package/series appointment, that treatment is forfeited from the package/series.

Any promotional treatments cannot be used with any other promotional offer, can be used by only one person and will have an expiry date.

Postage & Handling

A P&H fee will be applied if any items are required to be sent out starting at $8, however the amount is dependent on what is being sent. Further information will be given at the time of the purchase.

Clinic Etiquette

MySkinSpa's goal is to provide a place of reprieve for all who enter (no matter what treatment is being provided) - with our guests comfort in mind, we ask you please turn off or put your mobile phone on silent.

Please Note: It is not appropriate to bring children along to treatments, due to Health and Safety concerns, and the comfort of our other guests. 

Information Disclosure

We request our guests disclose any medical conditions (including allergies) and prescription medication being taken, as this could mean some treatments would be considered contra-indicated (not recommended).
